A year ago, and at the age of 30, I was sitting alone in my spare time, in my long spare time at my work, my own work actually, my community pharmacy in one of the calm streets in Tanta city, I recalled a long scene of my college years, the graduation ceremony and the first steps in that career, I remembered how I loved pharmacy once upon a time, but when I practiced it, it didn’t seem to be like what I thought it would be like! A hell of graduates are pushed to the market every year, pharmacies are every where, the profession has its own and unique problems now, it is not that attractive job as in the past, the most killing attribute now for me was the lack of creativity, I do what I do every day, routine killed the passion, I lost my enthusiasm, added to this comes a major deficit: the income was not satisfactory.
